Unity State has appointed Reyhok Jany as its new representative in Juba, known as the Coordination Office, replacing Kuichiang Kuol. The appointment was made through an executive order issued by Governor Justice Riek Bim as part of ongoing reforms in the oil-rich state.
Mr. Jany, who holds a degree in journalism from the University of Juba, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has been serving as a diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, where he has earned a reputation for his professionalism and dedication.
The change in leadership at the Coordination Office is seen as a strategic move by the Unity State government to strengthen its ties with national institutions and enhance its representation in the capital. Governor Bim’s decision reflects a broader effort to improve governance and address key issues in the state, particularly in relation to its vital oil sector.
