The match delivered a rollercoaster of emotions for fans on both sides. Al Malakia wasted no time making their mark, as forward Jose Kuch opened the scoring just 16 seconds into the game — one of the fastest goals in the league’s history.
However, the early lead was short-lived. In the 2nd minute, Koryom FC’s striker Alema Musa equalized with a clinical finish, bringing the score to 1–1 — a result that held until halftime.
The second half saw more intensity, with Al Malakia regaining the lead in the 50th minute through Vitale Paulino’s well-placed strike. Despite trailing for most of the second half, Koryom FC never gave up.
Their persistence paid off in dramatic fashion during added time, as striker Daniel Oyeye found the back of the net in the 90+6 minute, rescuing a point for the home side and sending the local fans into celebration.
This result marks Koryom FC’s second consecutive draw of the season, putting them on 2 points from 2 matches. Al Malakia FC, with a win and a draw, sit at the top of the table with 4 points.
